Caving in Assynt

There are far more expert people than I on caving so that the link 'Caves of Assynt', above, will let you visit with the Grampian Speleological Group. As with any of the activities that take you off the beaten track, Let people know where you are going and when you expect to be back.

Also, take a torch with you and remember that with these caves a lot of water is going to be encountered.
